Press Info

Oakland Opera Theater is proud to produce this amazing Stravinsky work. Our production will be set in the late 1970's, moving from the Jersey suburbs to the night life of Manhattan. The opera is originally inspired by a series of painted panels by William Hogarth; our set is inspired by the modern-day version of a series of painted panels - the comic strip.
